Job Title: Client Excellence Coordinator – Admin/Billing

Location: IT Park, Cebu City
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Mondays to Fridays

Arrangement: On-site

About the role:

Accounts Receivable / Billing support

  • Email, Text, and call past due clients to collect payments
  • Reschedule failed payments in our system
  • Take payments over the phone and process said payments
  • File Power of Attorney Revocation forms
  • Set up payment schedules for new clients

Client Communication & Support

  • Build rapport with clients via phone, email, text, and website chat using professional, friendly, and scripted responses.
  • Respond to sales and service inquiries promptly, following established service levels.
  • Provide individual attention and support to clients to understand their needs and goals.

Sales Support

  • Use scripts to follow up with sales leads, schedule calls for the sales team, and request client reviews (e.g., Trustpilot).

Client Intake & Case Management

  • Assign new cases to internal teams per company procedures.
  • Coordinate intake documents: review contracts, power of attorney forms, and payment arrangements.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client data in the company’s proprietary database.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain spreadsheets (e.g., credit card expenses).
  • Run and deliver internal reports (e.g., THS Reports).
  • Provide virtual support to other client services teams as needed.

Compliance & Professionalism

  • Maintain confidentiality and high standards of professionalism in all communications.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable support.

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, customer service, or equivalent
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Fluent English - this will be a client-facing position
  • MS Office programs
